Job Description Position Overview The Managing Director of Schools (MDs) is a senior member of the KIPP CAP Regional Leadership responsible for the superior performance of schools in the regional portfolio, directly managing the overall portfolio of schools, principals, and initiatives that impact the education of future graduates. Goals and Milestones The Managing Director of Schools will be responsible for meeting the following ambitious goals. Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English.
