Submit reports to designated internal and external parties., • Routinely check/monitor the IRMA/WSIR database to ensure proper closure of incidents, complete and properly labeled packet submissions while also ensuring these databases are up to date per regulatory requirements., • Ensuring data entry is completed in the IRMA database per regulatory requirement., • Routinely check/monitor the incident email and address/respond accordingly to any inquiries within a timely manner., • Being on-call for any incident purposes and ensure all regulatory state requirements related to incidents are followed and adhered to., • Ensure IRC committee meetings are scheduled and are conducted per state regulation and agency policy., • Completing monthly IRC meeting minutes until closure for incidents and ensuring these minutes are entered and up to date in the IRMA database.
