About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate and personable waitress/waiter to join our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As the face of our brand, you’ll embody the essence of hip-hop culture and share your love of great food, music, and cultural connection with every guest. Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit. - Share your knowledge of our menu, including the stories and inspiration behind our signature dishes, to enhance the guest experience. - Deliver dishes and drinks promptly and accurately, maintaining attention to presentation and detail. - Create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere by engaging guests in conversations about music, hip-hop culture, and food. - Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods. - Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all health and safety standards.
