We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing customers, and selling our products or services to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to prospective customers
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximum impact
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge
• Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications) Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
• Familiarity with sales metrics and analytics
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
