Summary Under the direction of the Practice Administrator and under the supervision of a licensed Physician, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides clinical and administrative support in an Office-Based Surgery (OBS) and ambulatory office setting. The LPN assists Physicians with patient care delivery before, during, and after office visits and OBS procedures within New York State scope of practice, including escorting patients, obtaining and documenting vital signs and histories, medication reconciliation, EMR documentation, patient education as directed, and other clinical and clerical duties.
