In addition to an online store, Rexel USA has a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S. Job Description We are looking for a High School Co-op to join our Schwing Electrical Supply team in West Springfield, MA! Summary: The High School Co-op position is an opportunity for a High School Senior to learn and apply skills mastered in the classroom. This position provides students with supervised on-the-job training. What You'll Do: • Expedite and update purchase orders via ERP system, • Check and respond to e-mail, • Accumulate, prepare, and distribute product spec sheets, • Assist in maintaining product database integrity, • Assist with projects as assigned Qualifications What You'll Need • Enrolled in work study program, • Less Than High School - Preferred, • Reliable, prompt, and willingness to listen and learn, • Good communication and presentation skills, • Organized and efficient, • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Additional Information Physical Demands: • Sit: Must be able to remain in a stationary position - Constantly – at least 51%, • Walk: Must be able to move about inside/outside office or work location - Occasionally – up to 20%, • Use hands to finger, handle, or feel: Operates a computer and other office machinery - Constantly – at least 51% For the state of Massachusetts only, the pay range is $17.00, depending upon qualifications, experience and other considerations permitted by law.
