What You’ll Do: • Assist mechanics with cleaning, painting, testing, and disassembling AC/DC motors & pumps., • Clean parts, • Maintain the tool areas, • Help troubleshoot & repair pumps, motors, and fans in-shop and on-site., • Use power tools, hand tools, and a multimeter for repairs., • Assist with the replacing & wiring of electric motors at job sites.What You Need:, • Mechanical/technical skills & experience with hand/power tools., • Ability to troubleshoot electrical & mechanical systems., • Basic PC knowledge & strong communication skills., • Valid driver's license (clean for 7 years).Physical Requirements:, • Stand for up to 8 hours, lift 50 lbs, and work on ladders/platforms., • Exposure to dust, loud noise, and temperature changes., • This position may require standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching and/or reaching, • Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills may be required for hand tools, power tools, and other machinery Join our team and build your skills in a hands-on environment! Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education. Expected salary range: $125,000 - $150,000/per year.
