OPEN POSITIONS: LIFEGUARD – $16.43/hour SWIM INSTRUCTOR – $16.43/hour Available Shifts: • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 5:45am - 12:00pm, • Wednesday 3:00pm - 8:30pm, • Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of 18 years of age., • HS/GED with some college preferred., • Minimum two years of experience as a swim instructor and lifeguard., • Minimum one year in a supervisory role. Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm (ideal work schedule) ; flexibility on hours MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (ALL POSITIONS): • Minimum age of 16 or older (with valid NYS working papers for minors), • Ability to maintain certification-level physical and mental readiness, • LIFEGUARDS: Must have a valid lifeguard certification (within 30 days of hire) and demonstrate lifeguard skills in accordance with YMCA standards, • Be able to pass the CDYMCA swim test, as administered by the Aquatic Director or designated individual, • Basic computer skills, with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, • Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community, • Basic life support or professional rescuer CPR/AED, First Aid, and Emergency Oxygen Administration (completed within 30 days of hire)

OPEN POSITIONS: HEAD LIFEGUARD – $17.42/hour ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of 18 years of age., • HS/GED with some college preferred., • Minimum two years of experience as a swim instructor and lifeguard., • Minimum one year in a supervisory role.
