Job DescriptionPosition: Property Manager Location: Troy, NY Pay: $90,000/yr Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Position Summary The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and resident satisfaction of assigned residential properties. This position ensures compliance with applicable housing laws, company policies, and safety standards while maintaining positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members. This role requires strong organizational, financial, and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead on-site teams to achieve company goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Property and Operations Management, • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements., • Maintain compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including Fair Housing and safety standards., • Maintain accurate property records, lease files, and resident documentation.Qualifications, • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred., • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in residential property management., • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium) and Microsoft Office Suite., • Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing, and local housing regulations., • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills., • Professional certification (e.g., CPM, ARM, CAM) preferred but not required. ...Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
