ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for James Piscitelli - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide information about insurance products and services., • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals., • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses., • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions., • Heavy customer contact, ability to present products and bundle packages to customers and identify sales opportunities.QUALIFICATIONS:, • Communication and interpersonal skills., • Detail-oriented and able to multitask., • Education: High school diploma required, college graduate preferred., • Currently licensed applicants preferred (P/C and L/H) - must be able to obtain., • Prior sales experience preferred, must be comfortable with sales., • Work experience in insurance or direct customer service preferred., • Ideally looking for candidates in Nassau, Suffolk or Queens counties.
