This is a unique opportunity to work closely with seasoned attorneys licensed in both New Jersey and New York, with a primary focus on Family Law and exposure to Estate Planning, Estate Litigation, and Commercial Litigation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision, discretion, and client service are paramount. You will play a key role in supporting attorneys, managing cases, and contributing to the firms continued growth. Key Responsibilities Document Preparation & Filing Draft, review, and file legal documents for matrimonial and family law matters Ensure accuracy, proper formatting, and strict compliance with court rules and deadlines Case Management Maintain and organize case files (digital and physical) Assist with discovery, document production, and evidence management Track deadlines and ensure timely progression of all matters Legal Research Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy and preparation Attorney Support Provide end-to-end support from client intake through resolution Anticipate attorney needs and proactively manage workflows Office & Systems Coordination Manage calendars, scheduling, and internal processes Utilize and help optimize case management systems (e.g., LEAP, Clio) Client Interaction Serve as a professional point of contact for clients Prepare and update intake forms and maintain clear, timely communication Qualifications Experience Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal Strong background in Family Law and/or Estate Litigation preferred Core Skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Education & Languages Bachelors degree preferred Fluency in Korean or Spanish, in addition to English obviously, is a strong plus What We Offer Competitive Compensation commensurate with experience Collaborative Work Environment with a professional, respectful team Career Growth Opportunities in a firm that is actively expanding Position Details Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break) Location: Fort Lee, NJ (in-person; commute required) If you are a motivated legal professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and exceptional client service, we encourage you to apply.
