What Youll Do • Support the execution of internal and external marketing and communications initiatives in alignment with Company messaging, branding, and business objectives., • Lead the design and production of branded visual content such as graphics for digital campaigns, proposals, internal communications, and print collateral, while also developing accompanying written content that aligns with Citnaltas brand identity., • Maintain and update the company website ensuring accurate, timely, and visually consistent content., • Manage the social media calendar and schedule posts across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), • Capture and edit photos and short videos from job sites, events, and project milestones for use in marketing materials., • Maintain the Companys photo and video libraries, ensuring easy access to organized digital assets, • Assist in the design and layout of high-impact proposals, award submissions, and marketing collateral., • Develop and distribute internal newsletters and employee communications, • Monitor and archive media mentions, and track content performance across digital channels., • Support company events, including invitations, collateral creation, and RSVP tracking., • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment., • Support the company's Event Committee in planning, promoting, and executing internal and external events, ensuring consistent branding and effective communication. Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing, communications, or related role role, • Proficient in graphic design, including layout, typography, and visual storytelling, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva., • Portfolio demonstrating experience in visual design for marketing, communications, and/or branding projects., • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content., • Experience managing corporate social media accounts and web content (Wix preferred), • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently, • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with occasional travel to job sites requiring adherence to safety protocols., • Willingness and ability to learn and effectively utilize appropriate AI tools to enhance productivity and content creation. SUMMARY Family Service League is seeking a full-time Case Manager for the Critical Time Intervention (CTI) program in Mastic, NY. The Case Manager will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide Care Management services to adolescents and adults who have behavioral health needs and who have not been successfully engaged in services during or after critical times in transition. CTI promotes community integration, self-advocacy, and access to ongoing support by helping individuals develop and utilize strong ties to their professional and non-professional support systems during and after transition periods. This is a community-based position with frequent field work, beginning with client engagement in hospital settings and providing support for approximately 9 months following discharge. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree required in Social Work or related field required. Minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral health setting.
