Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Building Maintenance • Responsibilities include, but limited to, cleaning bathrooms/kitchen, mopping, sweeping, and/or vacuuming floors, Hygienic cleaning, and garbage collection and removal., • Maintain cleanliness throughout facilities, completing assigned checklists that include daily, weekly, and monthly detail, • Adhere to building/maintenance/codes to ensure health, safety & welfare of facilities, individual and employees, • Prioritize work to complete time sensitive issues first., • Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and use responsibly., • Demonstrate safety and care of equipment and supplies to protect from damage and theft., • Complete projects including moving furniture, deliveries, painting, plastering, etc. in an efficient and timely manner., • Work independently in the building, staying focused on assigned tasks and priorities., • Report for QSAC events for preparation & breakdown as needed.
