About Prefusion Health Prefusion Health is a growing preventive health and longevity company. Every client starts with objective testing: DEXA body composition, resting metabolic rate, VO2 max, and comprehensive lab work. From those results we build personalized protocols that cover medical therapies, training, nutrition, and lifestyle. Our clinicians, coaches, and dietitians work together as one team, and the goal is measurable outcomes rather than just managing symptoms. Schedule • 18–24 hours per week, in person, • 2 days in Manhattan and 2 days on Long Island (hours to be determined) The Role We're looking for an experienced Physician Assistant to lead clinical care in hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and metabolic health. You'll look at a client's labs, body composition, metabolic data, and lifestyle together and turn what you see into a clear plan they can act on. The hours are part-time, but the role isn't a clock-in, clock-out position. We want someone who thinks like an owner, solves problems before being asked, and wants to help build the clinical side of a growing company. What You'll Do • Evaluate and manage hormone optimization for men and women, including testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, thyroid, and related therapies • Prescribe and manage peptide therapies, including GLP-1 receptor agonists for weight and metabolic health and growth hormone–releasing peptides for recovery, body composition, and healthy aging, • Interpret comprehensive lab panels alongside DEXA, RMR, and VO2 max results to find root causes and connect the dots across a client's whole picture, • Turn clinical findings into practical recommendations, working with our strength coaches and dietitians on training, nutrition, and lifestyle, • Lead client consultations, plan reviews, and follow-ups, and track progress against measurable markers, • Help develop, refine, and standardize clinical protocols as the company grows, • Act as a clinical leader for the team, mentoring staff, raising standards, and bringing solutions rather than problems • Work closely with our medical director and leadership on quality, safety, and growth What We're Looking For Required • A current New York State PA license (or eligibility) and NCCPA certification, • Several years of clinical experience in regenerative medicine, longevity, and/or anti-aging medicine, • Proven hands-on experience with male and female hormone therapy, • Hands-on experience with peptide therapy, including GLP-1 and growth hormone–related peptides, • A strong grasp of body composition, metabolic health, and advanced lab interpretation, • A working knowledge of how training, nutrition, and lifestyle affect clinical outcomes, • Clear, confident communication with clients and a coaching-oriented bedside manner, • A leadership mindset: self-directed, accountable, and committed to the company's success Preferred • Experience in a cash-pay, membership, or concierge medicine practice, • A personal interest in fitness, performance, and preventive health, • Experience helping a clinical practice grow or scale Compensation & Growth • $100–$120 per hour, depending on experience, • Quarterly performance reviews, • Performance-based incentives tied to client outcomes, retention, and team contribution, • A real opportunity to shape the clinical direction of a fast-growing longevity company, with room for your role to grow
