Summary The Customer Loyalty team is the heart of customer engagement at Wakefern. We are a passionate and collaborative team dedicated to creating and implementing innovative loyalty programs that resonate with our diverse customer base across all Wakefern banners. About the Role We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Loyalty Program Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping the future of our loyalty initiatives. You will own the development and execution of personalized marketing programs, from ideation to implementation and analysis. You will work cross-functionally with our corporate marketing and merchandising teams, as well as external partners, to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven individual who is passionate about understanding consumer behavior and translating insights into impactful marketing strategies. Core Functions • Strategy & Planning: Partner with the loyalty leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive loyalty program strategy that aligns with Wakefern's brand and business objectives., • Program Management: Lead the end-to-end management of our personalization programs, ensuring they are designed to retain and grow our shopper base. This includes creating and maintaining campaign and workflow strategies, and testing offers, cadence, and audience segmentation., • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a central lead, coordinating with internal teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Tech) and external vendors to ensure seamless program execution and stakeholder alignment., • Performance Analytics & Insights: Leverage consumer data and behavioral insights to identify opportunities for program optimization. You will track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as enrollment, engagement, and retention, and present your findings and recommendations to leadership., • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Oversee the planning and coordination of customized campaigns for each shopper behavior segment and continuously identify opportunities to enhance program value through new benefits and personalization., • Financial Management: Manage financial forecasts and goals, ensuring that our loyalty program strategies enhance the customer experience while meeting our business objectives. Knowledge and Skill Requirements: • A Bachelor’s degree., • A consumer-first mindset with a passion for creating exceptional brand experiences., • Proven experience in planning, implementing, and managing change in a fast-paced environment., • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives., • An analytical mindset with experience in measuring program performance and driving optimization., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to management., • The ability to think strategically and articulate the impact of company-wide strategies., • Familiarity with loyalty platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automation systems like SAP and EME is a plus, • You meet the eligibility requirements of the internal posting process, • May be assigned additional responsibilities as necessary. Working Conditions & Physical Demands • Availability to work a varied, flexible schedule to meet business demands, • Ability to monitor computer screens for long periods of time, • Ability to work a hybrid schedule as established by the division (4 days on-site, 1 day remote) Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position is $80,000-$105,000 annually. Placement in the salary depends on several factors, including experience, skills, education, geography, and budget considerations.
