Uncapped performance bonus: Plus 2% to 3% of your monthly revenue when you hit your targets without excessive callbacks. There is no cap. High performers can earn $100,000 to $200,000 in total compensation. Earnings vary with experience and production. Health: Employee-only medical is $10 a paycheck. Our HRA covers your deductible, up to $4,000 ($8,000 with spouse, dependents or family); after that, coinsurance applies. Employee-only dental is $0. Coverage starts after a 90-day probation. Dependent coverage is available at your cost. Retirement: 401(k) for full-time staff through Basic Capital. This salary range is specific to the State of New Jersey and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making salary decisions including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 at the time of this posting.
