About the role: The Director, Product Portfolio Growth is responsible for driving revenue growth, portfolio expansion, vendor strategy, and product rollout enablement across Priority’s internal and third party product ecosystem. This role will focus on optimizing product performance, identifying incremental revenue opportunities, managing strategic vendor relationships, and supporting the successful productization and rollout of new products, enhancements, and partner solutions. This leader will work cross functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Customer Success teams to improve product adoption, accelerate growth initiatives, enhance operational readiness, and maximize portfolio profitability. The role serves as a key contributor in aligning strategic product initiatives with scalable execution and long term business growth. Key Responsibilities Product Portfolio Growth & Revenue Optimization Manage and support the growth strategy for Priority’s internal and third party product portfolio. Identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue, product adoption, cross sell, retention, and customer expansion across the product ecosystem. Develop and execute revenue optimization initiatives tied to pricing, packaging, product positioning, lifecycle engagement, and portfolio performance. Analyze portfolio performance, product utilization, customer trends, and market opportunities to identify areas for growth and optimization. Partner with Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations teams to improve product penetration and overall portfolio performance. Support development of business cases, revenue forecasts, ROI analysis, and growth strategies for new initiatives and partnerships. Contribute to strategic planning efforts focused on product expansion and long term revenue growth. Vendor & Strategic Partner Management Serve as the primary relationship manager for key third party vendors, technology partners, and strategic product providers. Manage ongoing vendor performance, operational alignment, escalations, and partnership governance. Support commercial discussions, pricing strategy, contract alignment, and partnership negotiations in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Product teams. Establish and manage vendor performance metrics, business reviews, operational scorecards, and growth targets. Evaluate new partnership opportunities that align with Priority’s strategic growth objectives. Drive accountability for vendor service levels, implementation support, operational performance, and revenue contribution. Productization & Rollout Enablement Support the productization and operational readiness of new products, integrations, enhancements, and strategic initiatives. Partner with Product, GTM, Operations, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success teams to support successful product launches and scalable rollout execution. Assist in developing launch readiness plans, onboarding requirements, operational workflows, sales enablement materials, and support processes. Coordinate cross functional execution activities related to product rollout, implementation readiness, training, support models, and activation planning. Help standardize product rollout and launch governance processes across the organization. Support milestone tracking, risk identification, dependency management, and rollout coordination for strategic initiatives. Cross Functional Leadership & Business Alignment Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to align priorities and drive execution of strategic growth initiatives. Support executive reporting, KPI tracking, portfolio analytics, and performance reviews related to product growth and partner performance. Help establish scalable operational processes and governance frameworks supporting product lifecycle management and portfolio optimization. Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment, execution continuity, and successful delivery. Contribute to broader Business Optimization initiatives focused on growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience improvements. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in product portfolio management, product operations, revenue optimization, partner management, commercialization support, or related functions. Experience managing third party vendors, strategic partnerships, and product ecosystems within fintech, payments, SaaS, or technology organizations preferred. Strong understanding of product rollouts, operational readiness, and go to market support processes. Proven ability to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and portfolio expansion initiatives. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation capabilities. Experience working within Salesforce, reporting platforms, and cross functional operational environments preferred. Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast paced and evolving environment.
