Job Description Licensed Community Clinician - CFTSS Northern Rivers Family Services $1,500.00 Sign on Bonus It pays to start NOW! As a Licensed Community Clinician, you will provide home and community-based assessments, treatment planning, and individual and family therapy with children and their caregivers. You will provide clinical and therapeutic services to children (up to age 21) and their caregivers through this Medicaid- funded program. You will provide services to children and their families in the setting most beneficial to them including home and community--based, office--based, telehealth, or a combination thereof, as agreed upon in the child’s treatment plan.
