Responsibilities • Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and standards, • Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders efficiently and accurately, • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm, • Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change, • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities, • Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines, • Proven experience in food preparation or food service environments such as quick service restaurants or cafes, • Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing, • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests, • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during busy hours, • Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals, • Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Benefits: • Employee discount, • Flexible schedule, • Food provided, • Paid sick time, • Paid training, • Referral program Work Location: In person
