The Assistant Event Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of religious, cultural, and community events at the temple. This role ensures that events run smoothly, respectfully uphold Hindu traditions, and meet the needs of the temple community. Key Responsibilities: Assist with planning and organizing temple festivals, pujas, cultural programs, and community events Coordinate logistics such as schedules, volunteers, supplies, and vendor arrangements Communicate with priests, staff, volunteers, and community members Help with setup, decoration, and cleanup before and after events Ensure events follow temple guidelines and maintain cultural and spiritual sanctity Assist in maintaining records and reports for events and attendance Support communication and publicity through flyers, social media, or temple announcements Qualifications: Interest in Hindu culture, festivals, and temple activities Strong organizational and time-management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and festival days as needed Prior experience in event coordination or volunteer work (preferred but not required) Basic computer skills are a plus Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a busy temple environment May require standing for long periods and lifting light materials (decorations, chairs, etc.)

Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and residents. Requirements: Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license. Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and reliable. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks, including lifting and assisting patients.
