Job Title: Recruiter Position Type: Full-time Location: Middlesex, NJ (On-site) Salary Range: $70,000–$100,000 annually (USD) Job ID#: 161674 Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our growing team in Middlesex, NJ. This on-site role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of business and operational functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver an efficient, high-quality hiring experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and experienced in sourcing and engaging candidates across multiple channels. Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support., • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities., • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting channels., • Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with qualified active and passive candidates., • Conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, career interests, and alignment with position requirements., • Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process., • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs., • Track recruiting activities and maintain accurate candidate information within applicant tracking and recruiting systems., • Support offer preparation, candidate negotiations, and pre-onboarding activities., • Provide hiring managers with market insights and recommendations regarding candidate availability, compensation, and recruiting strategies., • Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process., • Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and overall recruiting processes., • Collaborate with HR and business teams on recruiting initiatives, workforce planning, and employer branding activities. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience., • Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related HR function., • Demonstrated experience managing multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment., • Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other candidate sourcing methods., • Experience conducting candidate screenings and evaluating candidates against position requirements., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders., • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail., • Ability to prioritize multiple recruiting assignments and adapt to changing business needs., • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools., • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment in Middlesex, NJ. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience recruiting for logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, technology, operations, corporate, or high-volume positions., • Experience supporting a rapidly growing or large-scale organization., • Experience developing talent pipelines for recurring or high-priority positions., • Knowledge of recruiting best practices and applicable employment regulations., • Experience using recruiting data and metrics to evaluate and improve hiring outcomes.
