Job Description Help build the sales engine that powers aerospace programs Do you thrive on precision, organization, and keeping complex moving parts in sync? In this role, you’ll be the force multiplier behind Lourdes Industries’ aerospace and defense sales efforts—owning accurate order entry, documentation, and the portals that connect us to customers and suppliers. How you’ll contribute • Be the first line of response for customer requests—and the steady follow-through until completion., • Navigate and administer multiple government and commercial manufacturing portals (Exostar experience is a plus)., • Translate project specifications into complete documentation support packages., • Apply deep familiarity with the aerospace/defense landscape and the sales cycle for sophisticated aircraft, systems, and components, including technical and solution-based selling., • Enter error-free sales orders in our company system (GRMS experience is beneficial)., • Maintain pricing for customers and vendors across databases with meticulous attention to detail., • Produce open order reports and direct buy requisitions; partner closely with Purchasing to ensure timely PO placement and receipt., • Keep files current, perform daily filing, conduct data research, and ensure data integrity across the board., • Model professional, courteous communication with supervisors, co-workers, clients, and vendors. What you’ll need to succeed, • 5–7 years of administrative sales operations experience, ideally in aerospace/defense., • Advanced capability with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat., • Strong command of sales processes and portal-driven procurement workflows., • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities; highly organized and detail oriented., • Comfort operating with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting. Education, • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred., • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English. Work environment and physical demands, • Extended periods of sitting or standing; this role often involves sitting for long durations., • Read small print and view documents/screens with sufficient visual acuity; adequate hearing for office communication., • Manual dexterity to operate computers, phones, copiers, and related office equipment.
