Job DescriptionDescription • Prior experience in clerical, filing, records management, or administrative support roles, • Route messages, documents, packages, and mail to various Government entities and business partners., • Sort and/or open incoming and outgoing mail., • Meter outgoing mail., • Obtain receipts for delivered articles; maintain logs of items received and delivered., • Update mail logs and Government systems with accuracy and timeliness., • Scan large, multi‑page documents., • Proficiency in reading and understanding English., • Ability to handle repetitive physical tasks (lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, climbing, reaching).
