SCHEDULE Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM SUMMARY Family Service League is seeking a full-time Social Worker for the Critical Time Intervention (CTI) program in Mastic, NY. The Social Worker works as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide therapeutic interventions and Care Management to adolescents and adults who have behavioral health needs and who have not been successfully engaged in services during or after critical times in transition.
