Job Description We’re not your average restaurant. Imagine three unique concepts under one roof—a buzzing fast-casual spot, a high-energy nightlife venue, and an intimate speakeasy lounge—all packed into 6,000 sq. ft. of non-stop action. With $4M in annual sales and a brand-new 3,500 sq. ft. expansion on the way, we’re looking for a driven, hands-on General Manager to take the reins and lead this multi-concept operation into its next exciting chapter. What You’ll Be Doing • Running the show across 3 different concepts under one roof., • Leading, coaching, and retraining staff to deliver standout service., • Bringing structure with clear SOPs and service standards., • Transforming the speakeasy into a must-visit upscale lounge., • Keeping your eye on the numbers—sales, labor, and profitability., • Owning the late-night crowd (because 80% of sales happen after 10 PM)., • Partnering closely with ownership to bring the big-picture vision to life. Who We’re Looking For • A natural leader with an ownership mindset., • Strong background managing multi-unit or high-volume restaurants., • Someone who thrives in fast-paced, late-night environments., • Proven success in staff training, retention, and team culture building., • Business-savvy operator who balances guest experience with smart numbers., • High-energy personality who can handle organized chaos—and loves it. Compensation & Schedule • Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (DOE), • Bonus: Performance-based incentives (sales & operations goals), • Schedule: ~50 hours/week, 2 consecutive days off, • Weekend brunch shifts required (Saturday & Sunday), • Additional benefits negotiable Why This Role Rocks This is more than a GM position—it’s a chance to build something lasting.
