What You’ll Be Doing • Running the show across 3 different concepts under one roof., • Leading, coaching, and retraining staff to deliver standout service., • Bringing structure with clear SOPs and service standards., • Transforming the speakeasy into a must-visit upscale lounge., • Keeping your eye on the numbers—sales, labor, and profitability., • Owning the late-night crowd (because 80% of sales happen after 10 PM)., • Partnering closely with ownership to bring the big-picture vision to life. Who We’re Looking For • A natural leader with an ownership mindset., • Strong background managing multi-unit or high-volume restaurants., • Someone who thrives in fast-paced, late-night environments., • Proven success in staff training, retention, and team culture building., • Business-savvy operator who balances guest experience with smart numbers., • High-energy personality who can handle organized chaos—and loves it.
