About the Role Our company is seeking an Electrical Motor Control Center Proposal Specialist to develop technically accurate, commercially competitive proposals for motor control centers (MCCs). In this customer-facing technical role, you will translate customer specifications into configured solutions, manage the Configured-to-Order (CTO) and proposal funnel, and coordinate complete bid packages across sales, engineering, domain experts, and support teams.
