The role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Clinical Care: • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions., • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans., • Prescribe and manage medications, ensuring proper use and monitoring for side effects., • Provide psychotherapy or coordinate with other therapeutic services as needed., • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.2. Collaboration and Teamwork:, • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals., • Participate in case conferences, treatment planning meetings, and team discussions., • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers, offering education and support.3.
