(Set shift Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 4pm) Position Summary Assure the safety of residents by monitoring them entering and leaving the building. Provide ongoing support to residents by documenting medications, medical referral information, appointments, any other pertinent information and behaviors. Perform various weekly and monthly charting and reports as necessary to maintain the daily functioning of the program. Work in conjunction with case management staff to assure residents’ services and treatment goals are met.
