Financial Performance: • Manage shifts to achieve sales and profit goals, with a focus on controlling hourly labor and cost of goods sold., • Assist with administrative functions, including daily time punch audits and end-of-day transactions., • Contribute to local restaurant marketing initiatives to build sales and community connection. 4.
