This executive partners closely with senior leadership to deliver insightful financial analysis, strengthen internal controls, optimize systems and processes, and build a high-performing accounting organization that supports strategic growth. Key Objectives • Lead Accounting & Reporting: Oversee global accounting operations and the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including meaningful variance analysis and executive-level insights., • Ensure Compliance & Controls: Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable tax regulations; lead external audits and continuously enhance internal controls and financial governance., • Drive Strategic & Operational Excellence: Develop and refine accounting policies, improve financial systems and close processes, and provide forward-looking financial analysis to support business strategy and performance., • Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting (U.S. GAAP), • Accounting Operations & Consolidations, • Internal Controls, Compliance & Audit Oversight, • Financial Analysis & Executive Reporting, • Accounting Policy & Governance, • Systems Optimization & Process Improvement, • Strategic Business Partnership, • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; Master’s degree preferred., • Active CPA required., • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and senior corporate leadership roles., • Experience in a private equity–backed organization strongly preferred., • Experience leading accounting operations in a multinational, multi-entity environment., • Demonstrated experience supporting M&A transactions and financial transformation initiatives., • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. The salary range for this role is $213,200.00 - $250,000.00 per year. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as the applicant’s experience, specialization, education, as well as the company’s requirements. The provided salary range does not include bonuses, incentives, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits which may be offered to the applicant, if eligible according to the company’s policies.
