    GAB Security LLC – Business Development Representative (BDR) Commission-Only • Independent Contractor (1099) BBB Accredited Business • NY/NJ/CT Security Company About the Role GAB Security LLC is hiring Business Development Representatives to bring in new security clients. You focus on closing deals — our operations team handles the rest. Once you sign a client, they are handed off to: • Account Manager Team – scheduling, guard deployment, client communication, • Operations Coordinator (Deidra) – onboarding paperwork, service setup, and launch support You keep prospecting and earning commission while the operations team runs the account. Commission Structure • 1–3 contracts/month → $500 per contract, • 4–6 contracts/month → $750 per contract, • 7+ contracts/month → $1,000 per contract Commission paid after contract signed + first invoice paid. Minimum contract: • 3-month agreement, • At least 1 guard position, • Minimum contract value $5,000 total or 160 guard-hours/month Average active BDR earnings: $1,500–$5,000/month+ Target Industries • Construction Sites, • Hospitals & Medical Facilities, • Commercial Buildings, • Events & Festivals, • Government & RFP Projects (Mid-size clients typically start around multiple guards, matching our Account Manager service model.) Responsibilities • Find new security clients, • Call, email, or visit businesses, • Present GAB Security services, • Get signed Master Service Agreements, • Hand off to Account Manager Team + Deidra No scheduling, payroll, or guard supervision required. As a part-time team member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the checkout counter. If you have a passion for wines and spirits, enjoy working with people, and can handle a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide friendly and attentive service. Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions in a secure and reliable manner. Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and alcohol sales regulations. Requirements: Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Must be at least 21 years old to comply with legal requirements for alcohol sales. Basic knowledge of wines and spirits is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
