Key Responsibilities Lesson Planning and Instruction • Study and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards., • Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to enhance learning., • Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations., • Provide timely feedback and support to help students improve., • Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral issues. A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with Success Academy (a background in education is not required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
