As a TurboTax - Retail Business Tax Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.” About the Role: In this role, you will work on-site from a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location as part of a collaborative team of experts, serving in-person customers who use Intuit TurboTax products. Your primary focus will be full-service tax preparation for both consumers and all business entity types such as Sole Prop, PTEs (S corps and Partnerships), providing expert tax advice, planning services, and software support, but your responsibility extends beyond that. Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation is highly desired and/or willingness to upskill and become a QuickBooks ProAdvisor., • Experience preparing Business Tax returns and providing year-round tax prep guidance for small businesses in particular is highly desired., • Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds., • Familiarity with Circular 230, • Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
