Thriveworks is currently seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Washington. Compensation: This is a Fee for Service (W2) position, the range for this position is $71,000-$102,000 per year based on 15-20 clinical hours per week. To maintain safety and best practices for our clinicians and patients via telemedicine, Thriveworks does not push or incentivize the use of stimulant medications; instead, we offer them as an option based on the client’s specific symptoms and diagnosis, with prescribing decisions left to the discretion of the clinician. We do not currently treat substance use disorders, and make every effort to refer out to an in-person provider when symptoms arise that are too severe to be treated via telemedicine only. Job DescriptionLead HVAC TechnicianOne Hour Heating and Air Conditioning Bellevue and Greater Seattle Area We are seeking a skilled Lead HVAC Technician to install, service, and maintain residential HVAC systems, while providing guidance and leadership to newer technicians. You will be the person who sets the standard for quality, safety, and customer experience. Responsibilities • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and ductless units, • Complete final inspections on all installations to ensure quality and safety, • Train, mentor, and guide new technicians to company standards, • Perform preventive maintenance and document all work in the service system, • Educate customers on options, upgrades, repair choices, and long-term solutions, • Maintain company vehicle, tools, parts, inventory, and safety equipment, • Represent the company with professional communication and customer service, • Uphold company values, workmanship standards, and cleanliness at every job site Requirements • 5+ years of residential HVAC experience, • 06A electrical license required, • EPA Universal Certification required, • Valid WA State driver's license with a clean driving record, • Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting service options, • Ability to lift more than fifty pounds, climb ladders, and work in attics or crawl spaces, • Reliable, professional, and able to lead by example, • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team Compensation and Perks • Full-time position, $40-$65/h, • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, • 401(k) with 4% company match, • Paid time off, paid holidays, and sick days, • Company vehicle, gas card, phone, tablet, and full uniform, • Career advancement into management, field leadership, or training roles, • Veteran-owned company that values professionalism, teamwork, and growth
