The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, handling appointment scheduling, managing phone calls, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role also involves coordinating with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service to all patients. Qualifications - Skills in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties - Basic knowledge of Dental Care and minimally two years prior experience - Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities (High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in office administration or healthcare is a plus! )
