We are seeking a full-time Business Operations Coordinator who will be assigned onsite to our core clinics in Hoboken, NJ. This role plays a hands-on part in supporting and strengthening daily operations, including schedule optimization, patient experience, and administrative workflows across Won & Co.’s affiliated healthcare practices. This position offers direct exposure to real business operations within a growing healthcare management company, with clear opportunities for advancement into leadership and management roles as our organization continues to expand. Your Role and Impact As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting the operational performance of Won & Co.’s core clinics. Working closely with leadership and clinical teams, you will help drive the systems, workflows, and operational execution that ensure these clinics operate at the highest standard. You will: • Lead daily operations including schedule optimization, patient experience coordination, treatment communications, and administrative workflow execution, • Support financial and business processes such as claims submission, payment coordination, and collections, • Oversee communication systems and service workflows to ensure a seamless, upscale client and patient experience, • Maintain the office and clinic environment to consistently meet the high-end operational and brand standards of Won & Co.’s affiliated practices, • Identify operational gaps, streamline processes, and implement efficiency improvements, • Collaborate closely with company leadership and cross-functional teams including Financial Operations & Analysis, Marketing & Branding, and Clinical Operations Through this role, you will gain exposure across multiple upscale healthcare practices in a high-performance environment, with a clear trajectory toward senior operations and managerial leadership as Won & Co. continues to scale. What We're Looking For • Strong initiative with an ownership mindset, • Excellent organizational and communication skills, • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, • Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented approach, • Comfort working with schedules, systems, data, and workflows, • Desire to grow within business operations and leadership Healthcare or dental experience is helpful but not required. Structured onboarding and training are provided. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred, • 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, administration, customer service, healthcare support, or coordination roles (internships accepted), • This is a fully in-person role based onsite at our core clinics in Hoboken or Montvale, with occasional onsite support at affiliated clinic locations as needed Compensation & Growth Levels Coordinator Level (Currently Hiring): $52,000 – $57,000 annually Managerial Level (Future Growth Opportunity): $62,000 – $70,000 annually Director Level (Future Leadership Role): Approximately $85,000+ annually Growth levels are based on performance, leadership development, and expanded operational responsibility. Managerial and Director roles are not currently open but represent advancement opportunities as the organization continues to scale.
