Job Description Pride Health is seeking a Pediatric Clinic RN for one of our clients in West Islip, NY! (Contract) Schedule: Monday 8:30-5 Tuesday 8:30-5 Wednesday 10-6 Friday 9-5 Saturday 8:30-3:30 Contract: 6-month contract Pay Rate: $40-45 per hour Duties and Responsibilitie • Provides exceptional patient-centered care, ensuring comfort and safety, • Plans, directs, and evaluates total nursing care, • Collaborates with and supports MAs and LPNs, • Explains procedures and treatments to promote understanding and reduce anxiety, • Accurately implements physician orders and maintains complete documentation, • Administers vaccines, medications, and treatments per approved protocols, • Assists physicians during exams and procedures to optimize outcomes, • Monitors patient conditions, records findings, and reports significant changes, • Obtains vital signs to assess patient status and detect abnormalities, • Responds to emergencies following standards while remaining calm and resourceful, • Delivers patient and family education based on individualized care plans Requirements and Qualifications • Current active RN license, • BLS, • Prior clinic experience Pride-Health offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
