Job Description Key Responsibilities: Clinical Care & Patient Support • Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients, including vital signs, medication administration, vaccinations, and specimen collection., • Assist with pediatric assessments, well-child visits, and sick visits under the supervision of an RN or provider., • Prepare exam rooms, equipment, and supplies to ensure a clean, safe, and child-friendly environment., • Support providers with procedures such as vision/hearing screenings, strep tests, wound care, and other treatments., • Accurately document patient information, care provided, and follow-up instructions in the electronic health record (EHR)., • Coordinate referrals, test results, and follow-up appointments to support continuity of care., • Maintain infection control standards and follow clinic policies and pediatric best practices., • Manage medication inventory, vaccine storage, and clinic supplies as needed., • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
