Application Deadline: 30 June 2026 Department: Federal Services Location: Holtsville, NY Compensation: $18.55 / hour Description TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a detail‑oriented General Clerk to support government operations and high‑volume documentation workflows in our Holtsville office. This role will support the federal government and all applicants MUST be local to the Holtsville, NY area. The Administrative Clerk plays a vital role in supporting the mission of a Government field office by maintaining accuracy, organization, and efficiency across file management, applicant engagement, and ceremony operations. This full‑time position requires a detail‑oriented and dependable individual committed to high‑quality public service. In this role, the Administrative Clerk ensures the smooth operation of a Government initiative responsible for processing, managing, and safeguarding essential case files, documentation, and applicant‑facing services. The position directly contributes to administrative workflows that uphold critical Government functions and support public‑facing events, including naturalization ceremonies. Responsibilities: • Retrieve, organize, bundle, and stage Government‑requested files for review., • Re‑shelve files and maintain accurate records management., • Match and connect incoming correspondence to existing case files., • Prepare for and support naturalization ceremonies, including printing certificates and organizing applicant documentation., • Escort applicants during ceremonies and collect/log identification documents., • Support the processing of forms and applications for adjudication., • Scan and digitize high‑volume, multi‑page documents., • Perform additional administrative and clerical duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Strong organizational and file‑management abilities., • Accuracy and reliability in handling sensitive documents., • Professional communication skills and the ability to interact with the public., • Proficiency in reading and understanding English., • Comfort with repetitive administrative tasks and document processing.
