Job Description Private household in Kings Point, NY seeks a dependable, hands-on Property Manager/Caretaker to provide comprehensive care and oversight of their residence and surrounding grounds. This role blends property upkeep, landscape management with general maintenance, light repairs, and vendor coordination to ensure the estate is well-maintained and always principal and guest ready. This is a full-time, year-round position with a flexible Monday through Thursday schedule, with flexibility to accommodate occasional extended hours and weekends as needed. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills, a practical mindset, and a strong sense of pride in their work. They should be highly organized, capable of handling interior and exterior maintenance tasks, and comfortable serving as a primary point of contact for vendors and service providers. A detail-oriented approach and an ability to anticipate needs and follow through with minimal supervision are key to success in this role.
