Youll work directly with the owner and help build the company from the ground up, keeping operations tight, customers taken care of, and the business moving forward every day. Requirements • Strong customer-facing background (retail, restaurant, hospitality, or restoration), • Highly reliable - shows up, follows through, and gets things done, • Organized and detail-oriented without slowing things down, • Strong communicator (phone, in-person, email), • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, • Takes ownership does not wait to be told what to do, • Tech-savvy and comfortable using systems, apps, and digital tools, • Practical mindset - understands tools, trades, or has general handyman-type awarenessRewards, • Ground-floor opportunity help build the company from day one, • Directly work with owner, • High-responsibility role with real impact on business performance, • Fast-paced environment not a slow office job, • Clear path to grow into a larger leadership role as the company scalesTarget start date: Late July 2026 (hiring immediately) Open for business: August 17th, 2026 Responsibilities • $1,250/week (4050 hrs) + Growth as company grows, • Manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, and job flow, • Handle incoming calls, customer communication, and follow-ups, • Ensure a high level of customer experience from first call through job completion, • Support estimating, invoicing, and job documentation, • Keep jobs organized and on track internally, • Assist owner in building brand locally, representing the company at networking events (BNI, chamber, local trade events), • Assist with sales and relationship building, • Help build systems, processes, and structure as the company grows, • Solve problems and keep things moving - no waiting for directionHow We Operate Speed.
