Job Description Job Summary: The Fundraising Data & Engagement Specialist plays a key role in the success of Education Success Foundation’s fundraising and outreach efforts. This team member serves as our fundraising database expert (Humanitru), ensuring all donor data is accurate and up-to-date, supporting effective donor engagement, and providing front-line administrative and reception support in a collaborative, low-traffic office setting. They coordinate aspects of events and initiatives, printing and mailing, product ordering, communications, and scheduling. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative in keeping things running smoothly, is eager to streamline processes, and enjoys being a helpful and welcoming presence for guests and teammates. No direct phone or in-person solicitation / fundraising / grant-writing is required. Job Responsibilities: Fundraising Data & Donor Stewardship • Manage gift entry, contact updates, invoicing, and donor acknowledgments using Humanitru, Microsoft Office tools, Google Sheets, and other related systems/tools., • Generate reports and mailing lists for fundraising and outreach, • Liaise with Finance for monthly reconciliations and pledge tracking, • Coordinate event logistics: RSVPs, catering, materials, and communications, • Support scheduling for Board and community meetings, • Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage incoming/outgoing mail, • Maintain office supplies and branded materials (ordering), • Coordinate vendor relationships for printing, ordering, and deliveries Minimum Qualifications: • Associate’s degree and/or a minimum of two years of successful experience managing a fundraising / contact database, preferably in a nonprofit fundraising environment, • Experience with databases and the ability to learn new systems is extremely important, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail in written communications, • Must understand the fundraising process and the fundamentals of donor relations, • Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Word, Excel, and mail / email merging, • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team environment, • Knowledge of online applications and tools including: constant contact, survey, sign-up forms, social media, Canva / desktop publishing, • Experience self-training in processes and database systems preferred, • Demonstrated experience working with a fundraising budget Salary: • $21.40-$27.14/hour based on experience. Schedule: • This is a 30 hour full-time role including benefits with primarily traditional office hours.
