Job Description JOB DEFINITION: The Youth or Family Workforce Senior Peer Outreach Specialist plays a key role in advancing peer support and engagement strategies for youth and families navigating behavioral health systems. This position draws on lived experience to promote peer involvement, support workforce development, and increase community awareness of youth mental health and the value of peer advocacy. The Specialist will collaborate with grassroots organizations to identify and engage individuals with lived experience who are interested in becoming credentialed Youth or Family Peer Advocates.
