Job Description Lawn Specialties is seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Lawn Care Supervisor to oversee lawn maintenance operations for residential and commercial clients. This leadership role is responsible for supervising multiple crews, ensuring service quality, supporting team development, and driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strong lawn care expertise, proven supervisory experience, and a commitment to safety, performance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Supervise, coordinate, and support lawn care crews to ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality service delivery., • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, routing, and workload distribution., • Ensure proper application of lawn treatments, including fertilizers, weed control, and insect control, in compliance with company standards and regulations., • Conduct quality control inspections and property evaluations, identifying turf conditions, weeds, pests, and improvement opportunities., • Provide leadership, coaching, and ongoing training to team members; mentor Foremen and Technicians to support professional growth., • Serve as a point of escalation for customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues, ensuring prompt and professional resolution., • Monitor productivity, performance metrics, and crew efficiency to meet operational and financial goals., • Ensure accurate and timely completion of production reports, invoices, vehicle inspections, and other required documentation., • Promote and recommend additional services to existing clients to support business growth., • Oversee proper use, maintenance, and care of equipment and company vehicles., • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, environmental regulations, and company procedures.Qualifications Education • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in lawn care or landscaping operations., • Prior supervisory, lead, or management experience required., • Strong working knowledge of lawn care treatments, turf health, and equipment., • Valid driver’s license with 5+ years of clean driving history., • Experience operating trucks up to 1 ton (CDL not required)., • Proven leadership and team-building skills., • Strong communication and customer service abilities., • Highly organized with attention to detail and accountability., • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions., • Results-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
