We deliver premium design, precision print production, and expert installation for clients across the country. Our operation is built on modern equipment, disciplined workflows, and people who take pride in craftsmanship, accountability, and consistency. We are expanding our production team and are seeking a Warehouse & Print Production Associate to support daily print operations, finishing, and graphics preparation within our Copiague facility. Why Join CL Visual • Work in a fast-paced, professional wide-format production environment, • Be part of national projects youll see installed across the U.S., • Clear opportunities for skill development and career growth, • Team-oriented culture built on accountability and mutual respect, • Competitive hourly compensation based on experience What Were Looking For • 1+ year of experience in a wide-format print shop preferred (we will train the right candidate), • Interest in hands-on production work with vinyl and printed graphics, • Strong attention to detail and quality-first mindset, • Ability to follow production schedules and standard operating procedures, • Reliable, positive work ethic with problem-solving ability, • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs, • Comfortable working in a warehouse/production setting Duties & Responsibilities • Operate wide-format printers, plotters, and laminators, • Weed, mask, and prep vinyl graphics for production, • Mount printed and cut vinyl to a variety of substrates, • Assist with trimming, finishing, and quality control of printed materials, • Package and prepare graphics for shipping and national installations, • Remove existing vinyl when required, • Track, organize, and assist with inventory related to print materials and graphics, • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace, • Support the production team in meeting deadlines and quality standards Qualifications • OSHA certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain), • Prior print production experience is a plus but not required Compensation • $18$22 per hour, based on experience and skill level Schedule • MondayThursday: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM Benefits • Medical insurance (50% employer contribution; family/dependent plans available with no waiting period), • Dental insurance, • Vision insurance, • Life Insurance (company paid), • Paid vacation within the first six months, • Team-focused culture with an emphasis on growth and long-term development From the Owners Were looking for an A-level person who takes pride in their work and wants to grow professionally and personally.
