Pay Rate: $19.71/HR Key Responsibilities: * Regular Maintenance: Maintain residential apartment homes and other areas on the property, including building exteriors, interiors, and public areas, regularly. * Repairs: Perform small appliance, plumbing, electrical, and other repairs in residential apartments and other areas of the property. * Installation: Install tile and laminate flooring * Emergency Response: Take part in the on-call rotation schedule, responding to emergency calls according to the company's policy on after-hour emergency calls * Unit Turnover: Manage the turnover of empty apartment units, including repairs (e.g., sheetrock, taping, sanding, painting, and fixing doors, windows, light fixtures, etc.). * Additional Duties: Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.
