Qualifications * 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, administration, or related field (nonprofit experience a plus). * Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (supplemental pay available if qualified). * Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. * Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, ATS platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and mail merge tools. * A self-starter who thrives both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, creative and dependable.
