Qualifications: • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school., • Licensure: Admission to the New York State Bar, • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Medical Malpractice and/or Insurance Defense litigation experience., • Other relevant experience includes general liability matters inclusive of slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect.
