Key Responsibilities • Manage all phases of complex medical malpractice defense litigation., • Conduct and defend depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and medical experts., • Draft and argue pre-trial, discovery, and dispositive motions., • Handle court appearances and conferences independently., • Collaborate closely with senior trial attorneys on case strategy, risk assessment, and client communications., • Propound and respond to discovery demands, review medical records, and prepare detailed case analyses., • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school., • Admitted to practice law in the State of New York (required)., • 3–8 years of experience in medical malpractice, healthcare liability, or insurance defense litigation., • Demonstrated ability to handle a substantial caseload with minimal supervision., • Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills., • Strong courtroom presence with prior motion and deposition experience., • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
