Your Impact Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. Core Responsibilities • Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems., • Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment., • Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment., • Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services., • Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports., • Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements. ROLE OVERVIEW The AI Accounting Specialist will use their accounting background to review financial information, assess AI-generated responses, identify errors, and provide detailed feedback. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who wants to use their existing experience in a technology/AI environment. RESPONSIBILITIES • Review and evaluate AI-generated accounting and financial responses, • Identify accounting errors, inconsistencies, and incorrect calculations, • Apply accounting principles to real-world financial scenarios, • Provide clear written feedback explaining why an answer is correct or incorrect, • Review financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting-related information, • Help improve the accuracy and quality of AI models, • Complete accounting-related projects and assessments, • Work independently in a fully remote environment REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, • Professional accounting experience required, • Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles, • Experience with financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent written communication skills, • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, • Comfortable reviewing detailed financial information, • CPA is a plus but not required
